Remember this wall?

This is what it looks like now.

Today I'm tearing out the lathe and plaster so we can insulate the outside walls. None of the walls are insulated, but being built in 1930, I don't expect many homes were at that time.
If you don't hear from me for a day or two I'm probably laying under a pile of plaster somewhere.
Have a great weekend. :)

Where do you get all your energy??? Yikes are you busy!
Wow...that is a big task you are undertaking!!
Way to go.
Lots of work there. Sounds like you're having fun.
Oh my you have some serious work ahead. Good Luck!!
I am in awe of you! I could never, ever, ever do this and see it through!
I adore those old houses but wonder how on earth they ever stayed warm? Have you ever posted a photo of the ourside? Would love to see what kind of a house it is, from the photos it looks like it might be in the Craftsman family?
AutumnLeaves, I have the same energy I've always had. Unfortunately, I've gotten lazy the last few years. My trick is to keep going once I get started.
Annie, once you're this far there's no choice but to finish it.
Sue, I think I've posted a picture of the outside before. It's fashioned after the bungalow style, but somebody slapped a crappy garage up on the north side and ruined it.
