A better me - week 12 of this diet thing

I haven't done one of these posts in a while.

Week 9 I gained 0.4.

Week 10 I lost 0.4.

Week 11 I skipped because I wanted to stay home and throw stuff at my husband.

Which brings us to week 12. I lost 3 pounds bringing my total to 14.2 pounds lost since January 5th.

I'm a little disenchanted with WW right now. The program is fine, but they took my leader away and put someone else in the position. I'll give the new leader a chance, but so far I'm not liking the meetings much.

Your getting a good workout with the house! The weight loss so far is great and I get that you don't care for the new leader, we get attached.

Does throwing stuff at your husband count as exercise?

Great job on the weight loss though. Wish I could be so successful. Or should I say self-controlled enough to be so successful???

Good for you and you know week 11 you probably helpd by all the exercise while practicing pitching, LOL.

I'm going to miss my leader after we move. She's really cool. Congratulations on your efforts! That's excellent! Laurel and I are pretty much starting over.

I'm sure throwing stuff at DH counted as exercise. I just know it.

Isn't it funny how attached we get to people we only see once a week.

Annie, the two of you will make it fine. It's hard with so much going on.
