Must be the same storm that heading our way tonight and tomorrow, dumping up to 2 inches of rain? I miss having hollyhocks, so pretty!

Pretty flowers - hope the storm doesnt' tip them over. The deer take care of that for us - they just eat the hollyhocks.

So far all we got was a sprinkle. More rain out there though. I love hollyhocks. Maybe I'll plant some, see if they survive in my flowerbed.

We had some vintage hollyhocks by the brooder house that MIL said were leftovers from when her mother was alive. They came up every year until a couple of years ago. Now they're gone. Sigh.

I'll share seeds with anybody that wants them. Sing out and I'll get them in the mail.

I so love the stormy skies...I think a good stormy sky is my favorite and I'll take rain any day. What fabulous window dressing you have there!
