A couple of years ago we gutted the bathroom and started over.
These are before pictures. Do you blame us? It was horrid.

Here's an after pic.

DH believes the more caulk you use the better everything works. Not. Hence the repainting. Every little spec of caulk has bled through the paint and turned a nice tobacco brown. Places where he had a little too much on his finger and smeared it around real good have popped up everywhere. I don't know if it was the paint, the caulk, or a combination of the two, but my bathroom needs repainted.
So today I'm armed with a bucket of Kilz and I'm on the hunt for spots. When that's dry I'm going over all of the woodwork with a couple of coats of paint. I'm also hiding all of the caulk and any caulk guns I can lay my hands on.
How are you spending your Monday?

For sure I'm not painting the bathrom - but yours looks great. Hide that caulking!!!!
My Monday was spent vacuuming floors at work. Good luck with your painting!
I wish my hubby was as motivated as you are! Oh, wait, his DIY projects turn out like (censored). I retract that wish.
My day was spent tutoring Geometry and doing dance stuff. Way too much fun for me!
I had to go back to work on Monday after being off for almost two weeks. Fresh paint always feels good to the soul!
